Luis Delgado is a journalism and political science dual degree student. He currently attends the University of Florida where he has been for four years. Luis took one year off to enlist in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he still serves until May 2006. He will graduate in May and then Luis will attend law school in the fall of 2004 at an undetermined school. He is originally from Lima, Peru but lives in West Palm Beach, Fla.
