Each week there are approximately two assignments, if not more, due.

Most exercises are due via e-mail at 3 p.m. before class starts -- but this is not always the case. Always check the requirements & due section below for every assignment. Work handed in late is not accepted.

Week 15 > Dec 2

Exercise
Project 2 HTML Draft
Description
Each of the edited article chunks should now be formatted into the HTML template [download zipped files ] that the instructors provided. Students must complete the specific topic description page, the chunked article pages & a journalist page.
Requirements
Turn in all of your HTML pages on a floppy. Use the HTML templates [ download zipped files ] the instructors provided you -- you only have to insert your text into the table cells & insert links.

Be sure to test your floppy disk before turning it in to make sure that all of the links work and the looks as it was intended.

Teams are heavily encouraged to link to other relevant team chunks. Additionally, you can make minor modifications to the template in order to unify or personalize various sections, however please keep the overall look & feel in mind.

Purpose
The instructors will review the chunks to ensure that the that the chunks are well-written and error-free.
Context
Before you upload Web content for public consumption, you always want to test it on the server and give it a final edit. Whether you are checking links to make sure they work correctly or just reading the text again, this is an important step near the end of the production process. This helps prevent embarrassing mistakes that may have slipped through the cracks during the hours of technical work done to format the text.
