Most exercises are due via e-mail at 3 p.m. before class starts -- but this is not always the case. Always check the requirements & due section below for every assignment. Work handed in late is not accepted.

Issue Research, Experts
Description
Last week the class voted on the topic of “hate” as our global issue for project two. Now, you need to think of topics that you would like to write about for this project. We will break into teams based on the chunk topics that you select.
Requirements
Research a global issue & bring the following to class on a floppy:
  • List of issues
  • List of possible contacts/experts
  • List of relevant Web sites or blogs covering the issue
Purpose
The topics you bring in for this exercise will help us in determining which team you will work with for project 2.
